Extreme tooth and jaw pain
Suddenly I've started to get toothache and jaw pain which becomes extreme in every 20 mins and then subsided marginally. Also accompanied by a severe headache. All of this on my left side. Please help , this has never happened before

Hello ! Your pain even after having painkillers didnt subside? If yes immediately consult your dentist and get an x ray it needs a root canal treatment followed by crown ( cap ) or else if the infection is too high and severe then it will go for extraction ( removal ) mostly consult your dentist if is the normal molar ! Or else if it your third molar teeth , then no other way, get it removed .. unless n untill you remove it the pain wont subside!

Upon review these were the findings - C/c- Patient complains of throbbing tooth pain on the left side of mouth through the day radiating to left side of jaw Elaborately these are to be done for - Tooth abscess with periapical involvement on the left side? Access opening after tooth vitality testing and xray? Provisional diagnosis - Tooth pain and periapical involvement on left side of the mouth DIfferential diagnosis - Irreversible pulpitis Diagnostic tests - Clinical review Tooth vitality test Xray Treatment advise for - Clinical review followed by access opening? of involved tooth, rct? crown capping? Prognosis - Good

Consult the dentist and take xray of the corresponding region. That would help in a better diagnosis. Maybe because of tooth decay or impacted teeth often.
