After 1year of c section delivery am facing muscle cramps especially all day heel pain and legs pain lower back pain I feel like my bones are moving in the back am not having proper sleep since after delivery due to child frequent feeding and am gaining weight around waist and thighs my face looking dull these days my hands face are thin.after doing little work in morning am getting tired then my heel pain and legs pain gets started . I have slight varicose veins back of my thigh don't know what happening to me unable to take care of myself and my baby.please suggest me good home treatments
