Extreme stomachache + loose motion+ weak

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have extreme stomachache since last few days (also to mention I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts, so sometimes I confuse the cause of the pain), since today morning the pain got worse and I can't even stand for 2 min due to weakness. Even loose motion since today. Tried ORS but of no effect. Please help me with the cause and solution for it. I m dying of the pain.
