Extreme Skin allergy

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Daily at night itching develops in my skin in most part of the body and red bruises develop..skin become red and big pale and red color patches develop in skin. I am suffering from this since last 2 months, for temporary solution I am taking citrizine. I consulted one doctor who told me that it's an allergy of food. I am studying in greatlakes college. Please recommend me something.
