Extreme reoccurring dandruff
Respected sir/ ma'am. I have horrible itchy scalp with oily dandruff...it is so irritating that once when I wash my hair with head and shoulders shampoo it calms down for a day and again starts coming back from the second day...I want a permanent solution for this... whenever I scratch my scalp I could literally get dandruff clots in my nails which yuksssss me out...plz help...I wash my scalp twice a week... sometimes I don't get time for head shower because I come really late from work .plz give me some shampoo or something which I can apply to reduce dandruff permanently.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
