Mam, You can take a Tab Ketorol DT 10mg for immidiate relief though I will advice you to visit a nearby dentist after that and get the required treatment done
Next Steps
Go to a nearby dentist/oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Get x ray done if its carious it need to be extracted. Wisdom tooth does not have any functional significance in chewing so better extract it. Medicine may help you for short term like for 3 or 4 month you will feel ok but it recurs periodically so best treatment is extraction.
Warm salt water gargle repeatedly if it's not worsening the pain
If not pregnant T.Robinaxol D, if pain.
If pain persists even after 2 days have antibiotics.
