  4. Extreme pain in right leg. Treatment.

Extreme pain in right leg
15 day back, my mother slipped and started experiencing extreme pain in right side of the leg, she can't sleep flat on the bed or move her leg, it's very painful. Here is the attached MRI report impression. Appreciate if you can review and advise on the further treatment.

Looks like she having mild bulges of disc at L4/L5 &L5/S1 If she is having changes in her sensory or motor functions, better to consult Spine surgeon. However trial of bed rest /medication and supervised physiotherapy should help her out
