Extreme pain in leg above and below knee from last 2 days . It happened earlier also . Unable to rest easily . Restless situation from my side. Just recovered from 6 days illness fever cough

Looks like myalgia post viral illness. Usual so rest more and eat healthy diet Drink more fluids. Can massage legs too. Can consult if no improvement.
