I am a regular gymer i had taken up cross fit workout something which is new for me and from two days i habe severe sorness on my quadriceps and i habe problem in walking and bending my leg naturally due to this i tried stretching and hot water but it could only give temporary relief and easy kovement of legs but then after sometime it again becomes sore and diffucult to bend pls help i am a regualr gym person and used to miscle sorness but this is something for happening with me for first time
