Extreme level of fever !!

Asked for Male, 21 Years

1-I've fever since a very long time. 2-I can feel the mucous ingeneral breathing as well. 3-head pain,body pain & laziness regularly & dizziness sometimes. 4-Even extreme hair fall which I guess is by the same reason. Plz guide me.
