Iv had a bad itch for the last few months I have a under active thyroid and psoriasis iv been on 180 antihistamines and still itchy I had bloods done I'm elergic to dust mites iv done the treatment for that to and still itchy I also get itchy when nervous or overwhelmed its just getting worse seems like its only the out side and inside

Using a good bath soap with a high tfm and pf around 5 is essential for reducing skin damage. Post that, do use a good moisturiser as prescribed by the doctor. If u have allergic tendency, the skin needs good barrier repair and protection. Special moisturisers are there for that. Further management can be done only after consulting in person.
