Hi, I am 32, I started experiencing ED since 5 months, i started worrying about the same and finally got under depression in Apr-mid May, lost 16 kgs within 40 days and now I started experiencing massive hairfall and receding hairline since june 1st week, I have tried both ayurved and homeopathy for my ED and none seem to work at all, I think the ED type is Venous leakage, and since there is no other treatment apart from tadalafil/surgery, I am getting constant negative thoughts that I wont be able to marry bcz of this as I cant go with penile implant/venous stripping surgery and find a girl to marry. Finally I have decided not to marry but still these negative thoughts are not going away and i have started to lose weight again, I need to stop my hairfall and receding hairline, what can be done?

Hair loss after weight loss is usually associated with a condition called Telogen Effluvium. Fluctuation in the Body Mass Index causes physical stress, which signals the hair follicles to move into an inactive stage. Hence, the weight loss must be gradual. Typically, TE occurs around 3 months after a triggering event like rapid weight loss and lasts about 6 months. Weight loss and nutrient deficiencies associated with restrictive diets are also linked to other types of hair loss. These include chronic TE, which lasts longer than 6 months, and androgenic alopecia, also known as male pattern baldness. Medication is available to reverse the same and get it under control. Consult a Dermatologist fort he same.
