Extreme hair loss.

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My hair was very thick. From the last 3-4 mnths I am suffering through acute hairfall which has lead to thinning of my hair. Bald patches are not visible yet but if it continues i will go bald. I use Hanneman's Jaborandi hair oil(homeopathy) and biotique hair fall prevent shampoo. I also have dandruff problem. The danruff gets accumulated in form of a lump nd leads to hair loss. Please help me out.
