Extreme hair fall

Sir/mam I m loosing my hair since i have taken admission in bhubaneswar(past 2years) i previously used to live in BOKARO,jharkhand .but since past 6 months the intensity of my hair fall has reached to extreme level. there are many parts of my head were very sparse hairs are present.even a light brushing causes hair loss of at least 50-100 hair .please help i have already tried many medicine.
