From the past few months I have started getting small boils on my neck which turned into huge fungal Infection and it came on my forehead and other parts of my face.
Similar to my lower back and legs.

You'll need high dose of Itraconazole for minimum 2 months
You'll improve significantly in about 10days but to completely get rid of the fungus a long term treatment is needed
Also I suspect the creams you have been using has clobetasol or some other steroids
