Extreme difficulty in weight gain
I m 29 year old lady of a height of 5’3”. I m 45 kgs since past 10 years & have not had any success at all not in gaining even a single gram. My weight has been consistent at 45kgs since past 10 years. I have tried everything: overeating,milkbanana shake,eating and sleeping directly,gymming,following strict diet and home remedies. But nothing has helped me to gain even half a gram. I do not have thyroid, weakness or any other illness. Plz help me i have to get married soon now.

Take more white rice for lunch and dinner along with vegetables. Then ice cream too weekly thrice. But don't try with maids products. Add sweet or black chocolates every day. Enjoy with rooted vegetables and nuts. Especially almond daily.

Be cheerful.  Depression also may be the cause to increase your weight.

Don't try with strenuous exercise. Instead relaxed walking is good.

weight gain program requires sustained efforts and holistic approach. Just eating more ghee or butter laden foods, or popping pills is not going to help you.  some tips are: 1. Rule out digestion issues like bloating, frequent indigestion, worm infestation, IBS etc. 2. Take smaller portions of, energy dense foods and  have frequent meals. 3. Don't drag over lunch or dinner more than 15-20 min. Chew food properly. 4. Drink water in between meals. 5. Do some light strength training exercise like dumb bells, push ups, Pilates etc. 6. Try to take balanced diet with fruits, veggies, nuts, sprouts, paneer, curd, whole cereals. Cut down on junk  food and outside food.  Preferably eat home-cooked food.
