Suddenly I got immovable My back pain was so high that I couldn't move..with the help of two people was able lie down...any doctor would be available only after 7...what to do ?

Hi, Back pain without leg pain usually resolves with Physio - IFT. Once pain in controlled do back strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult Ortho doctor.
