I am preparing for an exam sometime i feel extremely tensed , and at unease ,sometimes I get sleepless night . someone advised me to excercise , so i religiously go to gym and follow healthy diet ( less oil , more protein ) I am free from any kind of vices ( smoking , drinking etc ) .
