Extra skin on my anus.

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I got an extra skin on my anus (from where I do stool). And it is turning to be very painful now. How can I get that treated. I ignored it before considering it to be rashes or something very temporary. But now it's very hurting. Please suggest me what to do ? I have applied cream at that place so that the area becomes smooth. But nothing is helping. Please suggest me which doctor to see and what all care can I take for that ?
