Extra skin in foot

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Dear Doctor, Please note, the skin and some part of inner flesh (size of 1 wheat grain) ejected from my foot base. This happened 1 year before and there was no pain earlier. From last two weeks blood is coming out of that area and having pain while walking. Please suggest medication or which doctor to consult for this problem. Thanks in advance,
