Extra nipples above both my pecs.
Male, 24 years old, developed two extra nipples right above the primary nipples during puberty, both these dots are mirrored exactly the same way on both sides of my pecs respectively, one above each nipple, they are smaller compared to the primary nipple but very dark and prominent , extremely embarrassing to go shirtless anywhere without being asked why i have them, i have nothing to answer, is there a way i can get rid of them? Are there risks involved?
