Extra Accutane Pill to Speed Process

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I am finishing my last month of Accutane and am currently taking 80 mg a day. It is important to me to finish the process on August 28th. I am considering taking an extra pill (40mg) every day up until then to speed the process. Would this be very harmful to my body if at all? Would doing this mess up the process or be any less effective?
