I had an anal fissure 3 months ago I went to many doctor they suggested me for surgery but it held with in 5-6 day when I used jatyadi oil and sitcom tablets on recommendation of Ayurvedic doctor and it is good now for more then a month idont have any problem during defection again two days ago I got external pile which is not causing any problem to me it is its initial stage I used jatyadi oil, alovera gel and gently massaged on the piles which significantly decreased its size I want s to know can I massage the pile gentry with jatyadi oil and alovera gel because I don't have any problem in massage and it is reducing its size significantly also

If it is reducing then it's good. But not always does this help. We need to rule out the cause of why piles is there and even if the size reduces of not treated properly then chances of recurrence is more. It might not be piles also. It might be a skin tag which comes because of long time fissure
