You seem to be worried about the tightness and bulging of your right abdominal muscles which has now extended to the back as well. In all probability these muscles have become tight/stiff due to your lifestyle and in an effort to not experience pain you are continuing to assume the comfortable postures but they are causing more harm than good
Next Steps
there is a need to understand your sitting, working, lying habits and correct them.
Health Tips
we can do a in clinic consultation as you are from Mumbai.
