External oblique muscle got tighten
My right abdomen (external oblique) muscle got tighten. It pull the right rib cage. I have problem to movement. It also tighten backside. Is ultrasound therapy should work to loose the right abdomen (external oblique) muscle. If I use ultrasound therapy what MHZ should I use in abdomen muscle and in back side

Yes ultrasound therapy can help . Usually 1Mhz is most preferred at majority physiotherapy clinics. But i suggest since you are having pain at backside as well, better to get physiotherapist's opinion regarding other choices for pain relief like TENS

Ultrasound would not be the ideal modality to ease off the problem at that area and should not be used right away. I would recommend you to apply an ice cube pack for 7.5 minutes thrice a day for easing that off.
