Hello, SEITZ BATH Take a tub filled with hot water add four lids of betadin solution n sit in it for ten fifteen minutes two times a day for ten to fifteen days. Tab zerodol sp eight hourly after food for three to five days.if stool is hard stool softener is REQUIREDlike cremafine pink three teaspoons till stool becomes soft. Locally APPLY oin anovate by finger first on butt hole than gentaly inside anal MUCOSA ALL AROUND PROPERLY on anal MUCOSA two times a day for three weeks. plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk fresh curd are benificial.avoid SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.light diet with least oil n spices.ok.
