Expecting dustyhair made eyes so dusty

I expect that because of the dusty hair my eyes r becoming full of dust and reddish, itching while only in the time of watching the mobile,not because of having cold allergy and headech,sneezing when the dust settles Because of cold allergy and sneezing in the dust,I was strictly supposed to have headbath once in a month.
