Hi doctors I am having dizziness, doctors said it is vestibular related. I want to know what kind of exercise I can do to reduce it. Also I want to know what kind of exercises I can do to stay healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle at home until my dizziness is gone. My bp is 129/85 and Vitamin D is 21 alongside calcium is also low.
