Exercise chest pain
Dear sir today morning I walk 2 km not pain in any body , jump 10 minutes no pain ,I round my shoulder suddenly pain left side upper chest 2,3 second and many exercise go to home pain in same point full day I take telma am 4 years weight is 128kg please suggest. Why pain cardiac or muscle please help.

You being an hypertensive on medications and your BMI 53.63 ie class 3 obese overweight by 70 kgs any chest pain needs to be evaluated.Though pain lasting for 2 seconds is unlikely to be of cardiac origin. However it's better for you to get baseline ECG.
