Hello Doctors, Hope you all are doing good. I am 37 yrs old 45 kgs and height 5.2. I have no diabetes or thyroid or cholesterol problems. I have been doing half an hour exercise everyday in the form of yoga and aerobics since my School Days. Kindly recommend me at my age shall I increase it to 1 your And what all exercises can I do. Regards
