Execessive Hair fall

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am suffering from hairfall problem from last 1 year and consulted in my hometown and got treatment as the hairs that fall were 300-400 strands per day and in the middle of treatment hairs fall stoped and again now after 1 year the hairs are falling like before 300-400 strands from last 1 month...please let me know the causes and reasons...I am completely shattered and also consuming levera medicine due to epilepsy...
