Excessive tiredness, cold sweats,etc
Earlier today my boyfriend had said he had a sharp pain in his chest(deep and towards the right;he had explained). I gave him tums and related it to gas(we went to a football game; he had a hot dog, a soda and a beer). That went away but when we got home he had asked if we could nap. He hardly sleeps >5 hrs a night so he will try to nap about 30min- hr during the day. He fell asleep much more quickly than usual and was much more harder to wake up. Cold sweats and now nausea. Sleeping for 8hrs

I can understand your concern. .it would be better for him to get it checked out by a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
A clinical examination will give more details about his problems.
And if necessary some tests would be required.
