Excessive tiredness
31 active female in a healthy weight range. I have excessive tiredness for the last two years and it is increasingly getting worse. I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat during the day. I feel as though I am walking through molasses’s at times and have slight tunnel vision most of the time. I sleep 8 hours, do not drink and eat healthy. I take a vitamin b complex and caffeine does not help. I don’t have health insurance so I have avoided getting blood work because I don’t know where to start.
