Excessive sweating

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Palm and face producing too much sweat. It happens anytime. If it not happening at times and instance i think about sweat it starts sweating heavily. Frustrated from this sweating as its difficult to write oh even a normal handshake as my hand get totally wet like washed from water.
