Change is good if it brings positivity, new energy, cheers you up and productivity increases..But many a times opposite of all can occur..I mean depressive and anxiety symptoms are common with adjusting with any changes in life..But one should try to accept it if it's inevitable and bring little changes in overall lifestyle... Actually good changes can also bring negative emotions..ok..So take proper sleep, have regular meals, talk to close one about it...
