Excessive sleep
Hi, even though i have a good 7-8 hours of sleep and have set time for that still i don't feel excessive sleepy in the morning and want to sleep more and more. Even though i am getting late for work, i couldn't get out of the bed and then feel bad for the same. This is going on from last week, before that I used to get up early do yoga and even some reading in the morning but now i just want to sleep all day. I am very concerned about that.

Can be because of sedentary lifestyle, dehydration.. or due to thyroid issues iron defeciency etc..

U have to change ur habit and habitat continue regular yoga pranayam excercise walk etc
