Excessive itching on my legs

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have got scars all over my legs due to excessive itching whih makes me scratch badly and sometimes it bleeds ..I need to remove the scars from my legs as it looks pathetic..Also I would like to inform that i am a diabetic since 15 years and my sugar levels are high most of the time.
