Excessive itching in vaginal area

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have itchiness and redness in my vaginal area and black big spots and the skin became so dry and sometimes when i start rubbing the skin falls out. I have been suffering from last 2 month and now days it became unbearable. I searched that it might be lices down there but its not.I don't have any vaginal odour/smell or any discharge problem faced yet. I have been cleaning my vagina everyday and i am using cotton panties from my childhood. Please advise me some medication & what should i do???
