Excessive Hair Fall

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had a accident last year in december due to which i got 5 stitches in my head scalp... Then after recovery i had a severe hair fall due to this then after it got controlled... But den in the month of march i took a hair spa.. Since then i am havin severe hair fall...I consulted to one d doctor and gone thyroid n more hormonal test n also took medicines for 3 months.. But no improvement at all...
