Excessive hair fall frm last two month

I have been facing excessive hair fall from last two months. It has been so bad experience. My hair has started thinning from root. So the hair that are thin are coming out. i am loosing around 200-250 hair per day. There is no family history of hair loss in my family. My location is changed two months ago. Please help me with this, i will be grate
