Excessive Dandruff
Hi good morning doc,
I want to know that my scalp is always dry and i sweat alot due to exercising.. then i shower. However, I am facing excessive dandruff in my beard and on my scalp its like pealing off the skin sometimes.. I shampoo 3 times a week normally and 1 time oiling, When it started it was in winters only but now i am facing this issue in summers as well this is so frustrating and difficult to remove. Can I get a permanent solution to it please?

There are lot conditions which leads to dandruff or white flakes....if its fungal we can treat it with anti fungal shampoos and lotions....
So its better visit on person to evaluate betterment
