Excessive dandruff
Even after shampooing my hair, the patches of dandruff apear on my head skin within 2 hours. Whenever i eat sour and spicy food, these patches itches like hell. I have been suffering from this disease since my childhood. I got 1000 of treatment, shampoos, creams, lotion, none of them worked, it gets very itchy time to time. I want to get rid of this as soon as possible.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
