Doctor I have a 18 month old baby boy he has excessive cough fever three daya tha thik ho gya hai lekin cough kal se bht he Jada badh gai h he is unable to eat anything not even soup soft food he spits up everything jab use cough start hoti h to phle ka khaya hua sb nikal deta h bht jada cough hai pls suggest kya du me use pls
