it can be caused due to dietary changes or stress. avoid eating spicy food and include probiotic like yogurt in your diet. To ease symptoms you can give Cap Pantocid DSR 1 cap once daily before breakfast for 7 days Syp Gelusil MPS 10ml three times daily after meal for 7 days . Increase water intake .
