Excessive burp

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I am feeling excessive burp for last 4 months... Feeling tired and sometimes vomiting tendancy.. I took so many medicines yet not cured... Blood and urine tested... The result shows it was acidic... Dr said to go through endoscopy...is endoscopy painful process??

Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind • donot lie immediately after having food • sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion •have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals • lie on left side while sleeping • keep your head end elevated while sleeping
