Excess hairfall post partum

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have a 4 month old and since a few weeks i'm having massive hairfall. I am breastfeeding my toddler and intend to do so for 2 more months. Can I use biotin tablets as a remedy? Kindly suggest dosage. Will it have any negative effect on the breast milk? Thank you.
