Excess hairfall in Chunks

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My hair has been falling out in Chunks and I also have receding hairline. I am.using Minoxidil to solve receding hairline issue for the past 9 months, but in vain. I am shedding hair at a rate of minimum 1000 -1500 strands per day. I have gone bald in my forehead area already and I think at this rate I might completely go bald. What should I do?

It might not be androgenic alopecia. This amount of hair.loss is not seen in androgenic alopecia and minoxidil is use to treat it.
