Excess bleeding in periods

Hi doctor, I get excess bleeding while on periods and got my ultrasound done and gwt to know about fibroid. Attached my ultrasound report, can you please checks nd suggest wht needs to be done.

This is not a very good scan. You will need an operation . But before you are operated you should get another scan done from a better ultrasound Centre.
