Is it safe to use excela rich facial hydrating lotion during pregnancy? I hv oily and acne prone skin and it dries out in winters.

Hello u can use hydrating lotion during pregnancy ....apply moisturizer or even plsin coconut oil once in 3 to 4 hours during winter
