Consukt a physician u need to check some clinical investigation and blood for TSH and ECG.If ur TSH level is normL then the cause is anxiety and exam phobia.
Dont loose confidence just believe in your self.
Attention and concentration is the key point to memorise any thing ,so just focus on ur study.
